The Disability Housing Centre is hosting a webinar, providing information to assist Support Coordinators with the transition of clients out of aged care facilities. This is a great opportunity for Support Coordinators to learn more about the SDA process, eligibility, where and how to find housing, and who to contact. The webinar will run from 9:30am to 10:00am (AEST) Tuesday 28th September 2021 and will be hosted by Ashleigh Smith. The webinar is free to attend and all are welcome!
