The Disability Housing Centre is partnering with Ability First Australia to deliver guidance on the YPIRAC strategy - helping young people transition out of aged care and into more appropriate accommodation. Speakers: Debbie Heron - Regional Manager QLD/NT YPIRACR Program - Ability First Australia. Debbie will provide an overview of the YPIRAC System Coordinator program and how it fits within the YPIRAC Strategy. Ashleigh Smith - BDM - The Disability Housing Centre. Ashleigh will provide information about accommodation options for young people under the NDIS who wish to transition out of aged care into SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation). The webinar will run from 9:00am to 9:30am AEST QLD time (or 10:00am to 10:30am AEDT NSW/VIC ) Tuesday 8th March 2022. The webinar is free to attend and all are welcome!
