Webinar – Accessing SDA Funding

The Disability Housing Centre is hosting a webinar, providing information to assist Support Coordinators with the transition of clients out of aged care facilities. This is a great opportunity for Support Coordinators to learn more about the SDA process, eligibility, where and how to find housing, and who to contact.
The webinar will run from 11:30am to 12:00pm AEST QLD time (or 12:30pm to 1:00pm AEDT NSW/VIC ) Tuesday 23rd November 2021 and will be hosted by Ashleigh Smith.
The webinar is free to attend and all are welcome! Those registered will receive a Teams link prior to the webinar via email.
