Event description Bringing disability housing providers and people with disability together to chat, connect and match-up. About this Event We're taking Nest on the road to give disability housing providers and people with disability (plus their carers and support network) the chance to meet in person and chat about what's available and what they need and want in a home. What is a Nest Match-up? A Nest Match-up is a free event where people with disability (or their carers and support coordinators) who are looking for a home can meet face-to-face with local disability housing providers on Nest who have current vacancies. For people with disability, a Nest Match-up gives you the opportunity to talk directly with providers about any local properties you may be interested in, or to discuss your needs and wants. For carers and support coordinators, a Nest Match-up is your best chance to get time with local providers to talk about your customers' needs and wants and their suitability to local vacancies currently on offer. It's also a good chance to meet providers face-to-face and build connections. For providers, a Nest Match-up offers the chance to showcase the local properties and vacancies you've list on Nest in person and build personal connections with people who are interested in your listings. How it works: Like the Nest online platform, the Nest Match-up event is all about supporting people with disability to find properties and providers that meet their needs and wants. If you're a person with disability (or a carer/support coordinator), simply pre-register for this event and complete the registration questions. Prior to the Match-up the Nest Team will send you information about the properties being showcased at the event. On the day, you'll meet the providers that have those properties so conversations can start right away.
