Ready Set Connect – Chermside

The Ready Set Connect events provide an opportunity for Participants, people with a disability, Support Coordinators, Parents/ Carers, Teachers and LACs to connect with a wide range of different service providers, including The Disability Housing Centre.
This event is presented in a speed dating format where all attendees are 100% guaranteed to be matched with each and every table host.
