Emma brings a unique skillset to The Disability Housing Centre. Graduating with a Double Business Degree in Marketing & Property Development from Griffith University in 2016, Emma is responsible for developing the strategic partnerships at The Disability Housing Centre, ensuring quality accommodation is available and smooth processes are in place for our clients. Since 2019 Emma has worked with builders and architects to design NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation compliant homes.

Ashleigh has a background in community engagement which led her to pursue a career helping disadvantaged and vulnerable people. With a passion for helping the community, Ashleigh decided to transition into the disability sector where she now enjoys educating clients and industry professionals about Specialised Disability Accommodation and the process of applying for SDA. She assists with tenant matching and enjoys helping people living with disability find a new home that perfectly suits their needs.

Teresa brings a wealth of property management experience to The Disability Housing Centre. She is committed to providing a high level of service to our investors, care providers and tenants and is dedicated to ensuring the ongoing quality maintenance of every SDA Smart Home.

Janine has an extensive knowledge of the disability sector, having worked in similar roles in the disability space for more than 8 years.  Janine has a focus on building strong relationships with our investors, SIL providers, Support Coordinators and participants and her excellent customer service and people skills has been gleaned from working in customer facing roles all her working career. She is energetic and driven and looks forward to helping you find the perfect SDA home.
