A fabulous 2025. An exciting 2026.
Last year, 2025, was a fabulous year for The Disability Housing Centre. Our team are proud to share the number of tenants living in our homes grew by 20% and we now have more than 200 happy tenants living in the homes we manage.
As well as this, we also had 30 new homes become part of our SDA mix taking our total SDA locations to more than 60.
We’re also extremely excited about some of the amazing locations we have for new SDA Smart Homes coming in 2026 including:
North – Geebung, Everton Park, Wooloowin
South – Kuraby, Calamvale, Camp Hill, Coorparoo, Upper Mt Gravatt
East – Ormiston, Wynnum West, Birkdale
Sunshine Coast – Pelican Waters
Gold Coast – Coomera
