He was a builder in his early days and now enjoys much quieter times due to the limitations of his condition.

His family lives close so they are in his life whereas 6 months ago he lived in Sydney and missed his adult children.

He enjoys telling jokes and doing his word puzzles as well as his Formula 1 racing.

The current tenant also enjoys talking about animals and watching TV.
